atom93 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure. Users who attempt to circumvent age verification or provide fraudulent documents will be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to relevant authorities.
To access the full features of the atom93 Platform, You must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match the details on Your government-issued identification documents (Indonesian ID card / KTP or passport).
Each User may register only one Account on atom93. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using different names or credentials are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share Your password with any third party or allow any other person to access Your Account. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You.
If You suspect that Your Account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or used fraudulently, You must notify atom93 customer support immediately at . atom93 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if You have failed to maintain adequate security or notify Us promptly of suspected breaches.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and ensure the security of all Users, atom93 requires all Members to complete KYC verification. You will be asked to upload a clear, legible copy of Your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, and in some cases, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and a selfie photograph holding Your ID next to Your face.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Until Your Account is fully verified, You may be subject to deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, or temporary Account suspension. Refusal to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
atom93 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to Your Account balance within 60 seconds in most cases.
atom93 does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose fees on their end, which are beyond Our control. All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
You may request a withdrawal of Your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. During peak periods or if additional verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. atom93 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank may impose receiving fees, which are Your responsibility.
atom93 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) or suspicious activity. In such cases, We may request additional documentation or temporarily delay the withdrawal until Our investigation is complete.
atom93 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (e.g., Ramadhan bonuses, Indonesian Independence Day specials). Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses carry a 25x wagering requirement. This means You must wager the total Bonus amount (deposit + bonus) 25 times before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if You deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a 100% match bonus (Rp 1,000,000), You must wager Rp 50,000,000 (25 × Rp 2,000,000) before withdrawal.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of Bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of Bonus manipulation, will result in Bonus forfeiture, confiscation of winnings, and permanent Account closure.
atom93 reserves the right to void any Bonus, cancel promotions, or change Bonus terms at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All Bets placed on the atom93 Platform are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, or amended once confirmed. It is Your responsibility to verify the details of each Bet (stake amount, odds, selection) before confirming.
atom93 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all casino games to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live casino games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.).
For sports betting, atom93 follows industry-standard settlement rules. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, Bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, atom93 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
atom93 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays beyond Our control.
By using the atom93 Platform, You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and You may lose money. atom93 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred as a result of Your own decisions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, Your use of the Platform, or any Bets placed shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between You and atom93.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian or English language, as agreed by the parties.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to You via Your verified bank account within 7 business days, provided You have met all wagering requirements and have no outstanding obligations.
atom93 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without cause, if We believe You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at Our sole discretion. In such cases, We may withhold or forfeit Your Account balance if wrongdoing is detected.
